Our Commitment

At YSSY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at yssynow@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and address
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Refund Timeline

Due to our direct-shipping model, please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for us to receive and inspect your return
  • 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us at yssynow@gmail.com. We'll help arrange an exchange based on current inventory availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
